As light paints a landscape, bathes
a façade, or creates pools of brightness in the
shadowy interior of a church, there will be brief
moments when a mundane scene becomes a picture.
A well-lit face, correctly registered, is only a
superficial record of appearance; but when the
subject permits his inner light to shine through, in
that moment a picture becomes a portrait. I strive
to find such moments, to be there, ready to capture
an image I will craft to bring you into that moment,
to that place, in that light.

Archival Quality Prints
All photographs are printed on
archival Epson Ultra Premium Luster paper or Moab Entrada
Fine Art Bright Matte paper, as best suited to the image.
I will be happy to consult with you on this choice, as well
as the dimensions of the print.
Photographs will be mounted on
acid-free board with mounting corners, for easy removal, and
placed in a protective acid-free clear envelope prior to
shipping.
I believe that framing should be
done locally, where your specific needs can best be conveyed
and met, and, similarly, the choice of matting. Your
framing shop can meet those needs best. Custom framing can
be arranged, at additional cost.
